Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for returning an order is 2 days from the date you received the product.

In order to exercise your right of return, you must inform us via mail clear statement that why you are returning the product. Our e-mail ID is [email protected]. Please mention your account details that is Account No., Account Name, IFSC Code, Bank Name & Branch Address in the mail in order to refund the amount.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 working days from the day on which we receive the returned product.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the product to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The product are in the original packaging.

The following product cannot be returned:

• If any physical damage has been done to the product.

• The supply of product made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• If the tag is removed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Product

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to us. You should send the product to the address mentioned on the outer cover.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable courier service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
